Multi-disciplinary analysis and review of the 1966 Shopping Centre and environs with particular focus on pedestrian movement and amenity, place-making, and rationalisation of traffic access facilities.

The final Framework Plan sets the standards for discouraging and reducing through-traffic volumes, compressing expansive vehicle-centric junctions, introducing high-quality public realm throughout, and facilitating pedestrian connectivity and safety.
