Apollo House & College House

In 2016, BSM prepared a Masterplan for a major commercial development on the block known as the 'Hawkins House' block under the George’s Quay LAP and secured planning permission for redevelopment of Apollo House and Hawkins House.
Subsequently, a series of additional applications were secured for the Apollo House and College House blocks to further maximise development on the site including interconnections between the two blocks and addition of a residential tower of up to 21 storeys on the permitted Apollo block. The scheme also includes ground floor retail, café, restaurant uses.
