BSM  were appointed by Hibernia REG as planning consultants to lead the planning  application for the redevelopment of a complex of commercial and residential  buildings known as Clanwilliam Court. The site is located in the heart of  Dublin 2 along side the Grand Canal and Lower Mount Street. The permitted  development sits at 8 storeys and provides for c.27,000 sq.m of floorspace  including office and social hub space, and ancillary ground floor uses  including retail/cafe and gym spaces over two level basement. The application  was granted by Dublin City Council and after appeal by An Bord Pleanála.
