Analysis and auditing of key city commuting routes and junctions to determine pedestrian demand, quality of existing pedestrian offer and opportunities to enhance pedestrian facilities.

The Strategy set out a hierarchy of route and junction enhancements including example projects that would determine the nature and sequence of streetscape upgrades to make Cork a more walkable and attractive environment.
