The North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock SDZ encompasses 66 hectares of prime Docklands real estate designated as an SDZ to drive the regeneration of this key city location.
BSM established a master plan team to represent some of the area’s most strategic development sites on behalf landholders, NAMA and Receivers. The team considered, reviewed and input to all aspects of the Planning Scheme including intensive engagement with Dublin City Council over the 2 year process.
