Mallow Town Framework

BSM was appointed by Cork County Council to prepare Town and Village Framework Plans for Mallow, Mitchelstown and Passage West to guide future regeneration and enhancement of the town centres, public realm and economic performance of the towns.
Preparation of the plans included urban and streetscape analysis, usage profiles, mobility patterns and built fabric to identify defining streets, buildings and spaces that would inform a hierarchy of public realm opportunity sites and projects to enhance the towns for the local population and as a destination for visitors.
