Scheme comprising two hotels, office space, residential units, a cultural building and a crèche. The overall site is considered in the whole however the scale of the site and the range of uses required submission of three separate applications responding to zoning requirements and restrictions on the requirements of SHD planning applications.

Extensive pre-planning consultations were required with Dublin City Council to work through the various elements on the site and the potential interactions and challenges.
