Our proposed Framework Plan guides future development within the Stephenstown and Folkstown Little area at Balbriggan, to create a vibrant and sustainable employment zone which will support and encourage economic development and sustainable connections, and provide an attractive, high-quality environment for existing and future employment.
The Framework Plan seeks to facilitate a flexible development framework to activate these zoned employment lands, responding to existing conditions with proposals which provide a coherent, cohesive and integrated approach to their development.
The plan responds to locational considerations and specific site constraints and opportunities, in order to optimise site utilisation by future industry.
