DCU Restaurant Square

Following successful regeneration of the Mall and adjacent spaces, Restaurant Square became the next project for construction. Restaurant Square was reimagined as a more usable space for students to meet and gather.
The original water tower remains the focal point of the space and the design is developed around it with terraces, lawns, steps, gentle ramps, seating and landscape providing a range of spaces for small or large groups to gather. The tower incorporates colour controlled LED lighting and can adapt to different events and festivals.
