Central Plaza Redevelopment

Planning

Following the relocation of the Central Bank to Dublin’s Docklands Hines Ireland acquired the former Central Bank complex containing a series of buildings which were previously closed and hostile to its prime city centre location. The building now accommodating, office space, retail units, a café/restaurant, and a rooftop bar/restaurant opens itself onto a revived public plaza providing a central focal point on Dame Street. Brady Shipman Martin were appointed as planning consultants in 2016 prior to purchase and then bringing the various buildings in the complex through planning, construction and today in terms of occupation of units. BSM remains involved in day-to-day planning advisory services to Hines on this complex project.
