Redevelopment of the former Clonliffe College Lands submitted as a single Strategic Housing Development application incorporating c.1,600 residential units in a range of residential blocks standing within a redesigned landscape setting and connected by an extensive network of public open space.

The scheme had to deliver on specific requirements of the DCC Development Plan for 'Z12 – Institutional Land' including the provision of extensive public space, retention of institutional uses, sensitive re-use of protected structures and protection of mature trees etc. through an agreed Masterplan with the relevant landowners
