BSM initially prepared a Campus Masterplan that provided a framework for the phased redevelopment of the public spaces throughout the campus and integrating planned building projects.
The central Mall and adjacent spaces were redeveloped first with a complete redesign providing high-quality public amenity spaces for gathering and passive recreation, excellent connectivity and permeability, and a contemporary character.
