The BSM Planning Team successfully operates in both the private and public sectors in development planning, masterplanning, site strategies and assessment. We work on complex city centre sites, urban regeneration projects, large scale housing, and large scale infrastructure projects. On all our projects, we effectively project manage the proposal through to planning delivery working with large design teams. Our core strengths are drawn from a broad understanding of the development process, the intricacies of the planning process, and integration with the wider multi-disciplinary team at BSM.
